There is a good variety of foods, including Puerto Rican dishes that were good to try. The chicken is moist and tasty.
Terrible service for dinner last night. Hostess just starting walking to a table with 2 menus. Didn't ask us to follow her. Then just dropped the menus on the table and left. Didn't speak a word. Had a wait a long time for table service. They definitely need some better wait staff, some looked like they really didn't want to be there and acted like it.

The mofongo is a flavorless BLOB! The food is under seasoned and doesn't taste fresh at all.
The prices are too high for what you get and the service sucks. The place looks dirty too.
Run away!!! I usually get my chicken from Mami Nori's just down the road.
I ordered what normally would get at Mami Nori, a whole chicken with two sides. In addition I ordered a side of Tostones. The chicken was over cooked and falling off the bone dry, lacking in flavor. The yellow rice was dry with a little seasoning to it, I had to add some water to it so that it wasn't so dry. I also ordered black beans, they were not drained, slimy and soupy.
The Tostones were disgusting-they were very greasy and didn't have much of a plantain flavor. The Groupon didn't turn out to be much of a deal as I ended up throwing away the food, it wasn't worth servin a second time. So the next time I crave rotisserie chicken I will go back to tried and true, Mami Nori's. Own or manage this property?
